Retina Research Center (RRC) was founded by Brian Berger, M.D. in 2007 as a freestanding research facility. RRC conducts clinical trials evaluating drug therapies and drug delivery devices for a variety of retinal diseases including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions and uveitis. We also collaborate with other local research sites to perform retinal exams for clinical trials evaluating systemic medications. We strive to ensure that every patient is an optimal fit for a particular clinical trial and afforded unique, individualized care.
Under the direction of Dr. Brian Berger, Dr. Fuad Makkouk, Dr. Byron David Brent, Dr. Stephen B. Whiteside, RRC enrolls patients from an extensive patient base referred by many private practices within Austin and the surrounding areas. Our clinical research coordinators and photographers are friendly, knowledgeable, certified, and look forward to helping you and your family receive the latest treatments for retinal diseases.
We are located at 9707 Anderson Mill Rd., Suite 100, Austin, TX 78750. Call us at: 512-279-1251 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
